Add 2 tsf of honey with a one glass of warm water.
It has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties that inhibits viral or bacterial infections.Licorice root
Licorice root tea help to reduce throat irritation and congestion.Mint leaves
Add 3-5 leaves of mint in tea and reduce the irritation which is caused by dry cough.Gargle salt water
Add 1tsf of black salt in one glass of lukewarm water. It can help in reducing swelling and irritation i.e caused by persistent coughing.Ginger
Add 1 slice of fresh ginger root. Boil 1 cup of water for 10-15 minutes. It camn help in reducing irritation, dryness and mucus in throat.Turmeric
Add 1 tsf of turmeric to 1 glass of milk. Turmeric has anti inflammatory properties.Black pepper
Black pepper mixed with honey . It act as a natural cough depressant.
