The Waxing Inconjunct is an awkward reminder that balance and cooperation are needed, especially when you've been focusing strongly on yourself, your possessions and your routines. You may be confronted by an imbalance between you another that must be addressed, even though you want to continue that subjective focus (which may be driven by fear of loss/poverty).
Aspects to BML suggest challenges involving controversial female energy/sexuality - someone is grabbing attention and it rubs you the wrong way. Or, your desire for recognition feels threatening. Again, compromise is the key - balance is possible if the middle ground between what's safe/settled vs what's taboo/brash is found.
Pluto/Pallas is the obsessive, forceful strategy. There's an uncompromising way of succeeding or a culmination that reveals the shadow behind the glossy plan. Look carefully at the "win." Investigate what lies beneath the sparkling pattern. The golden glow of success is not what it appears to be and the strategy may require a serious revision.
